“Seven hours a day.
That’s what we give our phones.
Stream audio, faint, panning left to right as the chair turns
“Hey chat, welcome to the stream. We’re doing the 24-hour stream, surviving on ramen noodles.” Louder as he spins to camera
Over a lifetime, that’s 21 years.
Sizzle, a whir, swipe after swipe
Thud. Silence.
“I’m Ryan. I built Pop Habit to take some of that back.”
Boil hiss cuts out

12–13She wipes the stove. Top-down, the junk food slides into the trash, the counter fills with fruit and veggies, and a probe lens follows the apple into her bite. He sits up straight and closes the call. Pop, pop, pop.
14Night. He pops the Z, flips the board, goes to sleep. Time lapse to morning light.
“Flip it tomorrow. Go again.”
